As it was *really* late, we couldn't get 0.12.4rc1 done yesterday
evening... but now we're there!

Many thanks to the people who helped testing 1.0beta1. If all goes well,
Trac 1.0 should be released in a week or so.
0.12.4 should also be released at the same time, if all goes well during
the last week of user testing.
Last call for translators: many translations are still incomplete or
contain errors. If you don't have time to complete your translation, at
least make sure that it doesn't show any errors. You can check a
translation for errors with:
make check-{language code}
Same plea for 0.12.4. The translations are still mostly complete on that
branch however, so please at least just make sure that `make check`
passes. Thanks again!
