Don't hesitate to share the difficulties you had when "upgrading" your
plugins. We can always improve the documentation.

You could gather some version usage info from the TracUsers page on
t.e.o (http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracUsers).

No idea if such a poll would be effective... I'd say it won't help much.
On our side, it's been clear that Trac 0.11 is no longer maintained
since 2 years (last changeset on /branches/0.11-stable was committed the
2012-10-16), so I suppose by now the message should have passed.

Therefore better *drop* the support for 0.11, and see what happens ;-)

If you haven't already, you can always branch later a 0.11 version at
the point you started the conversion, if that proves to be necessary.
