Don't hesitate to share the difficulties you had when "upgrading" your plugins. On our side, it's been clear that Trac 0.11 is no longer maintained since 2 years (last changeset on /branches/0.11-stable was committed the 2012-10-16), so I suppose by now the message should have passed.
