ENOVERSION... Well, the first release on trunk is just an incremental
release. See 1.0.1 and 1.1.1 as the two first incremental releases since
1.0: 1.0.1 for stable changes and 1.1.1 for more experimental changes.

I've now built the packages and placed them at the usual location.
