Well, having a README at the toplevel of a svn repository is not a
good idea, as it's a bit painful to checkout (you need to use the
--depth=files thing). So I'll rather remove it and update the wiki page.

In short, for 1.0 and up, use the graphviz/branches/1.0 and for 0.12,
well, I'll probably need to create a tag from some intermediate version.
