Unfortunately it seems that it didn't work. I've tried translating Trac hacks in Transifex, and I got an error message which says that I need to login and be a member (and I was logged in). I also haven't received any notifications that I have been approved as translator in Transifex. For Trac, I am also still not a member (in Transifex).
