I suspect that you did not simply change credentials but moved at least some important session properties, if not all, so the previously working user is no longer a valid (session) for Trac, if you can rule out forgetting the correct password or similar silly things of course. Do you utilize other Trac plugins? I suggest to announce that in advance, before asking for help, or we will always start digging in the dark.
