Hello, There are many tickets on t.e.o that are assigned to someone but are not actively being worked on. There are many tickets assigned to individuals that are no longer involved in the project.
There are a few minor downsides to this: - Users no longer involved in the project receive unwanted email notifications. - May give the impression to visitors that the tickets is actively being worked on. I added a step to the ticket workflow that will allow tickets to be batch unassigned from any pre-existing state. I propose to batch unassign all tickets that are not in a scheduled milestone.
