Could you give me a hint how to handle ticket states where I have 
changed code on suspicion, it works for me and when I'm waiting for user 
feedback for some days/weeks? At present I flag it with 'testing' via 
keywords. I can imagine 2 state transitions 'accepted'=>'close' and 
'accepted'<=>'testing'=>'close'
