Oh yes, forgot to send feedback about this here.
Indeed, instead of removing them, I thought we could just update them to
make them useful again, so we have 3 reports for current, future and
"past" releases:
{23} Active tickets for Trac 1.2, by last modified date
{24} Active tickets for future Trac releases, by last modified date
{25} Active tickets for Trac 0.12-stable and 1.0-stable, by last
modified date
