I haven't been able to work on Trac for the past month or more, but I hope
to resume work in mid-November.

The 1.0.18 and 1.2.4 bugfix releases are needed to fix regressions in the
previous releases. I hope to be working on 1.4 shortly after those releases
to get it pushed out by the end of the year.
