I'm not 100% sure exactly what you're starting a vote on here... but
if it is on enabling wiki formatting in ticket summaries, then I'm
-1. Suddenly enabling wiki formatting in places where it has not been
enabled in the past will mean that existing sites will start seeing
lots of potential formatting problems and missing links on the
upgrade. At the very least this would need to be an option, but I
don't really see enough benefit to do that.
