I am working on the ticket synchronization system for TracForge, and I
seem to have hit a few problems. First the old_fields parameter to the
change listeners is always {} (filed as #3315 on p.e.c). Second is that
some data (namely the change author, when, and cnum) is not given to
change listeners. Is there something that I am missing with this?
