Well, I consider this particular example to be more a bug fix than an
enhancement, as the support for TracLinks in reST was rather weak.
The new code is much cleaner and general, and is also in use for quite
some time now in the quickjump and intertrac dispatcher code,
so I think it's rather solid.
But like any bug fix, it can itself introduce new issues as well, we won't
know until it gets more test coverage (the basic tests like those in
WikiRestructuredTextLinks and all the other examples I could come up with
were all OK, of course).
Support for white space in links is still lacking, though.
