How did you go about installing trac and why is it working out of the /Downloads/.. file hierarchy? Did you follow the installation instructions found @ edgewall or somewhere else? Googling for your exact error message "Failed to create environment .. 'sqlite' comes up w/ a lot of hits, check those out -- primarily it sounds like your sqlite isn't installed correctly.
