Thanks Rainer, but*sigh* I hoped that nobody would suggest this. First
<confession> I don't know how to use sed nor awk</confession>, and this
script is a batch file running on Windows.

On the other hand I think it's not quite optimal to work on structured
data without actually recognizing the structure. Sure, an ini file is
simple, but a python program that reads the file as a set of properties,
edits these and eventually writes out the edited version would be way
smarter.
