I used to managed ticket modifcations by using the rss feed. So to
react on a modification of a ticket it was obvious to open the web
interface to do so.
Since some days I have enabled a dedicated mailing list for ticket
modifications. And then some of my users stopped opening the web
interface and simply used the "reply" button on their mail reader in
order to add a comment to a ticket but obviously it did not work.
So I am wondering if there is a script somewhere I could use to handle
those mails which would take a raw mail and add it as a comment to an
existing ticket?
