Well, the latest of today (r4042) should do ;)

The changes that are most likely to be disruptive happen in the sandbox 
branches, so using trunk should be safe most of the time. While it's 
still possible to hit a few bugs that got unnoticed so far, we fix them 
rather quickly as they are reported.

In case a new change breaks things for you, you can easily svn up -rxxxx 
to the last revision which was working for you, until the bug you 
reported gets fixed.

No, as there's still a lot to do for 0.11.
