Not sure if you understand what I'm proposing. You would set up the feeds for the my tickets rss in your favorite rss reader. (sage seems pretty nice. ). The. You can click on the feed and are what tickets are waiting for you... Sage even puts a bunch of them on the same page so that you can get a quick overview.
