Hi everybody, If I understand it right, Trac keeps a list of users which is based on who has logged on and registered himself. My problem is that I should not switch off the authentication mechanism we have in place for Trac, but I should add a new user (which stands for a whole team and not a person and thus there is no login authentication for that user).
So my question: is it possible to artificially add a user by directly adding it to the Trac database? And if yes, where do I have to enter the data (what tables) so the new user exists (and tickets can be assigned to it) and the database is still consistent? Thank you very much for your help!
