I'm running into a strange issue with Trac hooked up to my Subversion repository. For every page view in Trac's integrated subversion viewer, apache creates a new file handler to the /svn/path/locks/db.lock file. Even when the page is done rendering, the lock is not released. After a few days or running, Apache had 3,500 open files.
There's obviously a lot of factors than can cause this, but I'm wondering if anyone has noticed this kind of behavior.
