If you install the web admin plugin this will give you the ability to
easily maintain COMPONENTS, MILESTONES, VERSIONS, PRIORITIES and
SEVERITIES through a web interface.  I believe that V0.11 will have
this built in.  I would also check out the iniadmin plugin.  both can
be found on http://trac-hacks.org/.

As far as I can see, any file type can be attached subject to the file
size limit, however not all file types can be previewed in HTML
format, eg text files can but PDFs cannot.
