I would like to attach a file to a ticket just to be downloaded for the administrators. Is there any way to modify permissions for attached files? And, anybody knows how to change the properties of the Macro [[TicketQuery]]? I want the list of tickets displayed, but with more information than just the ticket ID and the summary (description, owner,...). Thanks!
