Hello everyone,
I'm aware this is a noob question.  I've added a custom dropdown via
the .ini file, as stated within the TracTicketsCustomFields wiki.
However, now that this has been added, the field does not appear
within the "Ticket Properties" section of a new ticket.

Am I misunderstanding the purpose behind custom fields?  Why is my
field not accessible to enter data?
