Hi TRAC'ers, I am brandnew to TRAC and really like its capabilities.
I have my environment setup under c:\project and all looks pretty good, except when I am trying to make changes to my .ini file located at c:\project\conf\trac.ini - none of the changes in the .ini file take effect. I am running standalone and used the install instructions for Method 1: Experimental All-In-One Installer located here http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracOnWindows What am I missing?
