As of yesterday evening, there is a new dev build for Mylyn availabe. To get it, add a new update site to your eclipse: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/dev/e3.3 It does not work for me (throws a SWT error), but Windows seems to work fine. Latest trunk of XMLRPC plugin is required.
