Thanks Mike! That install method worked for me.
However... (there's always a "however" isn't there) when I try to run
the PageToOdt plugin I get this error:
Trac detected an internal error:
TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'req'
I'm guessing that this may be due to incompatibilities between Trac
v10 and v11dev. (The PageToPdf plugin works fine.) Should I add a bug
report to the plugin page?
