alright, but just for interest would a deletion of user lead to
consistency-problems of tickets if just deleted user is set as owner
and created shortly after?
on top right i cannot see any forgot-password link (does it need to be
configured, have not noticed any entry in trac.ini)

am using trac 0.11dev
