OK, by the time this post appeared, I figured it out. I had a top-level alias defined: Alias /wiki /usr/share/dokuwiki and that was inherited by my VirtualHost. I moved the alias into the default VirtualHost so it wouldn't be inherited by other VirtualHosts, and the problem is resolved. Thanks for listening! I like trac!
