Doesn't sound too useful for the official site!

I've looked again at your instructions and theirs and the only real
difference appears to be that your script is for running Trac from a
root directory and that it tries to use a package called "flup" before
falling back to Trac's web package.

The only place I can find a sys.exit(1) call is in standalone.py where
it tries to either daemonise or refresh/serve and has an "except
OSError" block.
