Thanks Jeff. I did have Trac in debug mode and here is the relevant
entry for TracHours:

Trac[loader] DEBUG: Skipping "TracHoursPlugin 0.2.2": ("FeedParser"
not found)

Any hints as to what to look for relating to "FeedParser"?
