Just to update: the original author of the patch sent it to me a few
days ago. I've picked it up and removed the Clearsilver dependencies by
splitting the generated javascript into explicit inline variable
assignments and a static .js file. It's now an ITemplateStreamFilter.
Patch is attached to the above ticket; it doesn't seem to display on the
trac-hacks website, but it downloads okay...
