I have a custom action in a workflow and when it's performed, I want to ticket owner to be set to a specific user.
I added to trac.ini actionname.set_owner = user (where user is the person's trac username) However, when I use the action, the ticket owner isn't changed. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
