I am installing Trac 0.12 on Windows XP 32bit after having already installed CollabNet Subversion 1.6.12.
Collabnet Installer has set the registry key for Python with double quotes: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Python\PythonCore\2.5\InstallPath = "c: \Programme\csvn\Python25" When running the Babel 0.9.5.win32.exe, this installer tries to use the path for the installation directory with badly placed double quotes and crashes during install: "c:\Programme\csvn\Python25"\Lib\site-packages\ After fixing the path in the registry (no double quotes), install works fine.
