yep thought of that too, but the SA had already configured the installed the newer version of python that 0.12.x needs, so wasn't sure if the 0.11.x versions could use that. But that is an option too.
It's not so much trac that seems to be tripping us up but knowing what if anything besides installation is needed for trac for genshi, python, and sql db stuff. In that case I'm not sure beyond the obvious change in time storage. I've not tried to move between versions, just upgraded in place.
