yep thought of that too, but the SA had already configured the installed the 
newer version of python that 0.12.x needs, so wasn't sure if the 0.11.x 
versions could use that.  But that is an option too.

It's not so much trac that seems to be tripping us up but knowing what if 
anything besides installation is needed for trac for genshi, python, and sql db 
stuff.     

Because this is a new server, I would assume that you would still need to 
install those things before they could be copied over from the old server

OK, cool.  In that case I'm not sure beyond the obvious change in time
storage.  I've not tried to move between versions, just upgraded in
place.  I might be tempted to just port your existing 0.11 data across
to a new 0.11 instance then perform the in-place upgrade but that's
because that is what I've already tried!
