Hello, We have an existing implementation of Trac that has reached the end of it's hardware lease. Normally we would just refresh the hardware and be done with it, however we are being told that there is a substantial growth in usage expected in the near future so we need to ramp up the hardware that it is sitting on and come up with a High Availability design for the platform.
I am unable to find any indication of hardware requirements for Trac, or anything that suggests a certain number of users translates to a certain amount of proccessor power or RAM. I am also unable to find any information on how people have added redundancy to the application platform or otherwise made it highly available. Does anyone out there have any specific place they can point me to for this info? Has anyone undertaken a similar project and what did you use to determine the specs for the hardware?
