It doesn't work that way. Trac is not like, say, a PHP application that
just lives in the Web directory. It is software that you need to
install. (Check first if it maybe is already installed!) For that you
need shell access to your server (or very dirty tricks). Read this:

Only after installing Trac should you create/copy a project environment,
and configure your Webserver to expose it.
