Well , honestly I'm not sure of whether I understood your question but
here is a 'probable' answer .

With TracGVizPlugin>=1.4.1 you'll be able to retrieve a data table
containing that value and use it to feed a (widget / chart / gauge
...) able to render the value the way you want .
