Hi @all, DoxygenPlugin is a nice tool to integrate the generated documentation into trac. I just did it and faced a problem:
If you have CREATE_SUBDIRS=YES defined in your Doxyfile, the links do not work. They seem to point to the correct sub-directory and file e.g. .../d4/d3/myClass.html but the Plugin seems to fail resolving it and the trac search page is displayed instead. A workaround is to set CREATE_SUBDIRS=NO and it's currently working, but since the project grows I'm not sure "how long" the file system will like the huge amount of files.
