I'd be interested to see the SiteMinder stuff if it's a Location directive 
for a path.

It appears you aren't running TracStandalone with mod_proxy, so I'm not 
sure you need to use the configuration discussed 
in TracStandalone#Authenticationfortracdbehindaproxy.
