Hi everyone, I have a lot of closed tickets that have the owner field in blank. So what i want to know is who was the last user that modify each of those tickets, so i can assign them as "owners". Is there a way to generate some kind of report for this? Im new with this tool, and im not familiarized with the query language yet.
