Hello together, we are currently running Trac 1.2.5 with some plugins and we would like to make it easier for users to create tickets. Our goal is to forward eMails to a certain eMail-Address and then a Ticket gets created automatically. It would be nice to have the possibility to add some things like milestone etc. into the eMail before it gets forwarded to Trac.
I found the following two plugins that seems to fullfill our requirements: https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/MailToTracPlugin https://oss.trac.surfsara.nl/email2trac Does anyone have experience with one of these plugins with Trac 1.2.x or even newer? (we plan to upgrade Trac to 1.6 when it's available). Are there any other / better plugins available for our purpose?
