hey mike, if you are still looking for 1.5.4 there isn't a pypi package and you need to go to the subversion repo from edgewall to get the version.
here is the link to 1.5.4 https://svn.edgewall.org/repos/trac/tags/trac-1.5.4/ or just go to trunk for the latest https://svn.edgewall.org/repos/trac/trunk you need to install subversion for this and then you might try to pip install it like so pip install -e svn+https://svn.edgewall.org/repos/trac/tags/trac-1.5.4/ cheers Markus Am Mo., 26.
