Thanks for the response that does make sense, however I did have a repository configured which when I navigated to /Browser I could see it in there but still had no browse source tab. I have since removed the repository hence why my logs didn't have that. But when I did have it I still didn't see the menu.
I'll keep playing around with it and see. Thanks for all the responses.
