what version of Trac do you use ? because me here under win2003/IIS6/Apache2 with Trac 0.9 the mail notification is done by Trac, not the MS Job Scheduler If you're with trac 0.9 too (I'm not sure if it's thesame for earlier version) look at your trac.ini and search for [notification] zwetan
