You can use the TicketQuery macro for an automatic changelog. See

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I'm looking for exact this information, but 
included into the page itself. The problem with the hovering is that you

need to go to every link and wait until the information appears.  Also 
printing of  the page will loose this information. Consider a printed 
version of the Changelog page 
(http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/wiki/ChangeLog). Without the live 
trac environment you'll have no information about what was fixed, only 
the ticket number.
