The problem with the hovering is that you need to go to every link and wait until the information appears. Also printing of the page will loose this information. Consider a printed version of the Changelog page (http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/wiki/ChangeLog). Without the live trac environment you'll have no information about what was fixed, only the ticket number.
