Hi,

Until the workflow stuff is merged into the trunk, I was wondering if
there is an easy way to send a notification email to specific address
(not the submitter or owner) when a ticket is fixed or closed? We
basically want to notify QC & management that a ticket has been fixed.
smtp_always_cc is an option, but they don't want to see all the other
notification chatter, only when the ticket is fixed (email filters are
hard, mkay :-).
