Hey all -

I'm trying to get a handle on what can be changed within the ticketing
workflow.  I've read the NewWorkflow and Workflow documents in the
wiki, but I can't get my head around when - or even if - these changes
were implemented hether these changes have been fully implemented (I'm
using v0.9.5).  I see lots of references to a patch for 0.8.x, but no
mention of whether it has been fully integrated as of 0.9.5.

I'm also curious whether there's a comprehensive guide to customizing
the workflow - assuming it's integrated, of course - that explains
what I need to do and what everything means to the system.  The
Workflow document isn't quite as comprehensive as I'd like and I don't
want to implement things incorrectly and risk the system's data
integrity.
