For what it's worth, I'm running mod_python 3.2.8 and all seems fine.
Which isn't to say that I won't be upgrading if this is the "official"
working combination...

Just stumbled upon this: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MODPYTHON-78

which indicates that mod_python 3.2.10 works with Apache 2.2.
