I was wrong, 2.7.11 has been released 1.5 years ago.
Anyway, I don't think mod_python 2.x branch can be used along w/ Trac.

OK, thanks. Yes, I am unable to change the Apache version on this
server. I will have to wait a week until we get another server and on
that one I will be able to install Apache 2.3.
