http://svn.python.org/view/tracker/ contains vendor/ path, which is 5 years old. Developer docs say that this path is used to track python.org modifications with upstream. It is not true, because vendor/ contains 1.3.2 and instances use 1.4.19 Because nobody uses vendor/ I propose to move it out of the way by deleting.
